Images
This dataset includes 60 Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) images of 6 different shapes, such as triangle, circle and multi-height objects. The shapes were made by two-photon polymerization technique. The images are taken on an Olympus Cell-R microscope with a 20x lens.
Ground Truth
The objects are created from SU-8 photoresist with rhodamine 6G, thus they are visible under fluorescent microscopes with the appropriate excitation light and filter. We include fluorescent images of the structures after switching from DIC mode and without moving the stage. The fluorescent images can be used for quality control measurements of DIC reconstruction algorithms. The suggested metric for the measurement is the Mean Squared Error (MSE) between the corresponding reconstructed and fluorescent images.
