The dataset was designed to train a classification algorithm to correctly identify cell types in the human kidney cortex.
Images
Confocal single channel images of DAPI fluorescence cropped from tissue sections. Images datasets are 1) slices, 2) projections and 3) volumes. Additional details on generation is the subject of an upcoming publication.
Data is organized by 3 tissue samples. Subfolders contain the relevant images for each cell class in the corresponding tissue. Each cell class has images containing image volumes or projections.
